Professional-grade in-clinic hydration treatment — amplifies the home care protocol and accelerates post-procedure recovery
In-clinic use · Pre-procedure prep or post-procedure adjunct · Dermatologist-administered
The Medi Facial Kit is designed for dermatologist administration — either to prime the skin before a procedure or to deliver an intensive hydration boost as a standalone clinic treatment.
+13.5% Corneometer-confirmed hydration improvement at 15 minutes. +26.7% smoothness and +4.2% skin lightness in a single in-clinic session.
In-clinic amplifier of the home care Hydration Protocol. Two indications: (1) pre-procedure prep — applied before laser/peel/microneedling to optimise barrier and hydration at the point of procedure; (2) adjunct in-clinic treatment — standalone hydration session for severe dehydration, compromised barrier, or accelerator visit between home care cycles.
| Active | Form / Type | Purity | Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| Glucono Delta Lactone | Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) | Clinic-grade | Gentle exfoliation; humectant; +26.7% smoothness |
| Hyaluronic Acid | High + Low + Micro MW | Clinical conc. | Multi-depth moisture loading; reaches upper dermis |

| Vitamin C | Direct tyrosinase inhibitor | Pro-grade | Brightening; antioxidant; amplifies post-PHA |
For professional use only. Dermatologist-administered protocol.
Higher-concentration professional-grade actives, formulated for dermatologist-supervised application — potency that exceeds what a home care format can safely deliver.
15-minute leave-on treatment, administered in-clinic. Two protocols (see Clinical Application section above): pre-procedure prep before laser/peel/microneedling, or adjunct hydration session as standalone treatment. Cleanse → apply → 15-min contact → rinse → seal with Hydra Fix Balm or proceed with procedure.
As-needed per patient regimen. Pre-procedure prep at the same visit as the planned procedure. Adjunct hydration sessions between home care cycles or as accelerator visits — typical cadence 1× per 4–6 weeks for adjunct use.
Used as pre-procedure prep itself. Not indicated for direct application on actively peeling/raw skin in the immediate post-laser window — prescribe home care Hydra Fix Serum + Balm for that phase, then resume Medi Facial Kit visits at Day 7+ if continued hydration support is needed.
Pairs with home care Hydra Fix Serum, Hydra Fix Face Mask, and Hydra Fix Balm — clinic treatment amplifies the home protocol; home protocol sustains the clinic outcome. Compatible across all SkinQ Rx range protocols when patients are on combined regimens.
