Indication

Mechanism of Action

Higher-concentration professional-grade actives, formulated for dermatologist-supervised application — potency that exceeds what a home care format can safely deliver.

PHA exfoliation (GDL) — gentler than glycolic/lactic AHA but comparable cell turnover. Built-in humectant action drives +26.7% smoothness and +13.5% Corneometer response.

Multi-MW Hyaluronic Acid — micro-HA fraction (≤5kDa) reaches upper dermis under professional supervision. Plumps and densifies from within.

Niacinamide (99.4%) + Vitamin C — applied at peak skin permeability post-PHA. Direct tyrosinase inhibition + melanosome transfer reduction. Drives +4.2% L* lightness and +1.17% ITA° brightness improvement.

Application

15-minute leave-on treatment, administered in-clinic. Two protocols (see Clinical Application section above): pre-procedure prep before laser/peel/microneedling, or adjunct hydration session as standalone treatment. Cleanse → apply → 15-min contact → rinse → seal with Hydra Fix Balm or proceed with procedure.

Treatment Schedule

As-needed per patient regimen. Pre-procedure prep at the same visit as the planned procedure. Adjunct hydration sessions between home care cycles or as accelerator visits — typical cadence 1× per 4–6 weeks for adjunct use.

Post-Procedure Use

Used as pre-procedure prep itself. Not indicated for direct application on actively peeling/raw skin in the immediate post-laser window — prescribe home care Hydra Fix Serum + Balm for that phase, then resume Medi Facial Kit visits at Day 7+ if continued hydration support is needed.

Compatibility & Layering
